**Job Summary**
The To-Go Manager leads the restaurant in maintaining operating standards, processes, and recipes, reporting to the Culinary Operating Partner.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Lead restaurant team members with food prep and execution of menu items, procedures, and recipes to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Ability to complete tasks throughout the restaurant as needed, including but not limited to cooking, placing, and packaging orders.
* Responsible for maintaining product quality standards by performing regular line checks.
* Accountable to train, follow and execute all state and federal safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Completes opening and closing checklists, and all cost and food inventories with the Culinary Operating Partner.
* Assists in managing repairs and maintenance of the restaurant.
* Responsible for invoicing, payroll, cash handling, inventory support, etc.
* Implements, cascades, and sustains the goals of the business and new company initiatives, including but not limited to, team member retention, food and labor costs.
* Strive to increase sales and operating profit and sets short/long term plans to help meet those goals through local marketing and other internal opportunities.
* Develop, mentor, and inspire team members, providing feedback to staff and recognition of staff
* Assists with scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training and performance reviews at the direction of the Culinary Operating Partner.
**Job Requirements**
* 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in restaurant chain or franchise in casual or upscale dining.
* For internal candidates who apply, preference is granted to candidates certified in P. F. Changs culinary and front-of-the-house operations, as well as completed all state/local food safety certifications.
* Must be able to stand and walk for periods of eight to ten hours in length each shift
* Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift. At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50 lbs.
