A day in the life of a Business Development / Client Engagement Rep:

  • Develop new client partnerships on a national scale by controlling all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Research potential clients and leadership prospects and connect via social media
  • Make outbound calls to build and penetrate relationships and sell the value of our services
  • Report on weekly, monthly and quarterly performance of all sales and assess against goals
  • Assist the sales team in evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Research and investigate new methods of content generation and distribution to promote customer traffic and interest
  • Develop solid understanding of internal business systems and programs
