About the Role

The Company, an innovative provider of interactive training and development solutions, is seeking a Senior Director for Digital Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's branding and lead generation efforts, with a focus on the "top-of-funnel" process for customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing and brand management, who can create and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the enterprise SaaS industry, and a proven track record of building and scaling a brand in a competitive market. They should be passionate about issues related to the future of work and possess exceptional writing skills to craft compelling content that supports the company's brand development and marketing efforts.Key responsibilities for this position include conducting a brand audit, leading all aspects of digital marketing, and driving brand awareness through creative storytelling and content initiatives. The Senior Director will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product development, sales, and customer success, as well as utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. The candidate should be a results-driven leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring and inspiring a high-performing marketing team. The role demands a leader who is not only comfortable with the latest digital marketing platforms but also has sufficient technical knowledge to appreciate the power and limitations of the company's technology.
