Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical service of automated parking systems, provide timely notification of problems or
• delays.
• Technological knowledge
• Assist with project set-up, installation, and customer training.
• Research and gain working knowledge via hands on and Amano McGann LMS on new hardware, devices, and tools to provide better system solutions and installation and troubleshooting efficiency.
• Complete PCI checklist when servicing applicable service issues.
• Maintain and operate company fleet vehicles in a safe manner.
• Generate service tickets as needed and follow up with support until the issues is resolved.
• Provide On-Call after-hours and weekend emergency service as required by our customers (in rotation with our other technical staff).
• Provide effective communication that creates a collaborative environment with all parties, including Clients; Subcontractors;

Branch staff; Project Team, Support personnel, and Corporate staff.

• Server setup and testing, PCI compliance checks, new software installation, maintenance of local knowledge base, software upgrades.
• Setting up and configuring application and SQL servers.
• In depth PC Hardware troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of computer domains, Active Directory, Shares, Users and Groups in a MS Windows domain environment
• Qualified individuals must have strong communication skills, written and verbal, strong understanding of computer systems, networks, domains, etc.

Work Environment Requirements :

• Able to work outdoors in all climates and conditions as needed.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Lift and / or move in excess of 50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 100 lbs on occasion.
• At times, this position will require kneeling, bending, and working on ladders.
