Sales Representative Requirements:

* Active Insurance Producer License (Or willing to get licensed, we will train and pay for all licensing if needed)

* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, telemarketing) preferred

* Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

* Must have good verbal and written communication skills

* Need to be a disciplined self-starter

* Strong attention to detail

* Self-motivated to accomplish tasks on your own

* Work well as part of a team both within the department and agency

- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with potential clients and explain insurance policies effectively.

- Maintain sales administration tasks, such as updating client information and processing policy applications.
