Customer Service Specialist (Bilingual in Mandarin and English)

Location : Greater San Diego Area, 92071

Compensation : $25 per hour plus comprehensive benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, PTO, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan)

Employment Type : Full-Time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday

Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to diverse clientele.

This role is ideal for a bilingual professional fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, eager to foster positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, delivering personalized service and adapting to the needs of new and existing clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our leading products and customer base to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date customer specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Stay informed on company policies and procedures to provide accurate guidance to customers.
  • Contribute to team efforts by supporting general office operations and participating in departmental meetings.
  • Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a multilingual customer base and assist in creating internal documentation.

Tools and Technology :

  • Proficiency with modern office technology, including multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment.
  • Adept at using personal computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Qualifications :

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
  • A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates who have pursued college-level studies in biology, chemistry, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
