We are currently seeking an Auto Parts Associate to join our professional team at Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of new car dealerships.

Previous auto parts experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

As a parts associate for Sunset, you will be working with estimators, advisors, and technicians to source, procure, and manage all parts purchases for our busy body shop. You will be ordering needed parts, sourcing hard-to-find items, checking in part deliveries, organizing and tracking incoming parts, keeping the collision team informed, entering parts onto work orders, and handling returns of incorrect parts, cores, etc.

Collision Auto Parts Associate Qualifications

• Previous experience researching, pricing and ordering automotive parts preferred
• Must have great reading skills, be detail-oriented, professional, organized, and able to multi-task with great customer service
• Flexible to meet demands of very busy Professional Parts Department
• Team player - we work together to ensure all departments are running smoothly
