Matrix Finance and Accounting is Hiring a Senior Benefits Analyst Near Seattle, WA
Superb NEW Sr. Benefits Analyst opportunity, with a premier Seattle logistics and transportation company. This is a position at the corporate team in Seattle, overseeing and managing benefits for corporate and all business units spread out across the country. The Sr. Benefits Analyst will provide analysis and support for the company 401(k) plan, assist with open enrollment, working on medical plans and other health & welfare benefits and compliance, assist with benefits design and implementation. Additional duties include keeping up on policies, ERISA, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act, as well as performing data analysis and reporting. Ideal for 5 years experience, looking for corporate benefits experience, strong Excel, excellent communication skills, ability to act as a key liaison and contact point for numerous business units and counsel. Comp range $100-125K DOE, strong bonus, excellent benefits, great work life balance, 4 days a week onsite in Seattle.
