Summary:
A bit about us : We are seeking a part-time nanny to assist with day-to-day activities and care for our children after school. Our family includes Mom, Dad, a teenage daughter, a 12-year-old daughter, and a 8-year-old son. As our eldest is away at boarding school, you will be looking after our younger two. As working professors, reliability and adaptability are extremely important to us. Our children enjoy card games (such as Magic the Gathering), art, board games, chess, sports, competitive climbing, skiing, and curling. We value an active lifestyle and often explore beaches, trails, and towns on weekends.
A bit about you : You have experience managing busy households and after-school schedules. Your reliability and calm demeanor help create a harmonious atmosphere. You are skilled in connecting with children, making each moment enjoyable. Parents value your ability to follow directions and ensure safe transportation. Your future family will treasure the memories of your time as their nanny.
Job Duties:

• Picking up the children from school/ driving to activities
• Set kids on homework (homework comes before play)
• Managing household tasks: this includes family laundry, dishes, tidying up, and other light chores, (no deep cleaning required.)
• After responsibilities are completed, the children can have play time doing activities like board games, arts & crafts, outdoor outings, etc.

Location: Seattle, 98115
Position Highlights : Mileage Reimbursement, accrued PTO with 3 days to start, Guaranteed hours a week (all vacation/days off initiated by family will be paid) and a pet-free home for those with allergies.
Qualifications : 2 years of experience, safe and reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and glowing references from recent nanny positions.

Schedule: Your option of:

• 4 Days per Week: Tuesday - Friday 3:00 pm - 8pm
• 3 Days per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 3:00 pm - 8pm

Pay: $33-38 an hour
**All applicants must first interview with a Jovie specialist. Qualifying applicants will meet the family prior to being hired.
