  • Ensure accurate documentation of experimental procedures, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems such as the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely sample analysis and data sharing with downstream departments such as Down Stream Processing (DSP) and Bioprocessing.
  • Assist in preparing reagents and solutions used in QC assays, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and inventory management.
  • Support training activities for technicians and colleagues on relevant QC procedures and instrumentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspaces, including storage of samples and laboratory supplies.
  • Proactively communicate any challenges or issues encountered during experiments or sample processing, seeking guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and reproducibility of QC assays and workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
  • Prior experience in an industry laboratory setting, preferably in a quality control or analytical chemistry role.
  • Familiarity with HPLC instrumentation and principles, including the ability to interpret chromatograms and troubleshoot instrument issues.
  • Proficiency in following SOPs, conducting experiments, and documenting results accurately and comprehensively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves (but not required):
  • Customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting project timelines.
  • Experience with LIMS systems and industry-standard work processes is desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
