Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the brewing process, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Brewer, you will be responsible for the entire brewing process from grain to glass, ensuring the production of high-quality beer that meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain brewing equipment, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging.
• Monitor and manage the fermentation process, including temperature control and yeast management.
• Perform quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure consistency and quality.
• Clean and sanitize all brewing equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Record and analyze brewing data to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the brewing team to develop new recipes and refine existing ones.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Brewer in a commercial brewery setting.
• Strong knowledge of brewing science, processes, and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 55 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Formal education in brewing science or a related field.
• Experience with recipe development and innovation.
• Familiarity with quality control and laboratory analysis.
