AIA ContractAdministrator
EssentialDuties
- Responsible for improving theaccuracy of AIA billings information and the review ofdocuments
- Handling weekly Finance ContractMeetings
- Communications between clients in theFinance team
- Lead oversight of AIA Billing andthe Accounts Payable
- Monthly meetings withoperations to go over material and labor costs that will go intobilling current projects
- Expert level ofknowledge of Contract Bill Dates
- Expert levelof knowledge of Lien Dates
- Expert level ofknowledge of AIA Billing

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience with AIA Billing andContracts Administration in NJ and NYC
- Microsoft Office
- Attention todetail
- Able to work with deadlines timelinesand understand that there may be times that require someovertime.
- 2year associate degree in Accountingis preferred but equivalent accounting experience will beconsidered
Salary
- Base Salary is based on Experience; 80K to 95K plusbenefits
