Our client a Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider has an immediate need for a motivated, upbeat Logistics Account Manager due to growth. Great opportunity to enter the logistics field. The Logistics Account Manger will be responsible for working with the inside sales team assisting current clients as well as establishing new leads.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in inputting orders, and working with sales and operations teams. This person should be able to multitask and take initiative to ensure customer satisfaction.

The base salary is $40,000 to $50,000 (based on experience) plus a monthly commission .

Work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling.
• Input and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on orders, shipment status, and product availability.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled timely and accurately.
• Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and files related to customer accounts.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to process and input orders accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
