This position offers a base salary, full benefits, and uncapped commission. OTE for first year is ~$51k with high performers exceeding $75K.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Generate demand for England services through provided prospecting platforms
•Identify domestic supply chain solutions for prospective clients in a rapidly growing marketplace
•Educate clients and prospects on their respective market's conditions and provide accurate short and long-term pricing
•Foster relationships with previous England clients to rekindle profitable partnerships
•Manage a book of business as relationships develop, while continuing to work on new business acquisition
•Multitask in a Windows-based environment
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
•Experience working in a team environment
•Excellent work ethic, coachable, and positive attitude
•Strong organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail
•Excellent customer service skills
•Strong interpersonal communication skills, including phone mannerisms
