Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment's daily operations. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, financial management, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and make recommendations to improve operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required.
