Project Architect

We are seeking talented project architects with a minimum of 8 years of experience. This position is hybrid, but will require you to work in office during some days of each week.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Will collaborate with the Project Designer and Project Manager to be an integral part of the project team.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to organize and assemble document sets.
• Knowledge of building codes and guidelines.
• Comprehension of building systems (structural, MEP, FP, etc.)
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Are motivated team players and collaborators.
• Exhibit exceptional standards for quality, strong attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Education and Professional Experience:

• Licensed Architect.
• A minimum of 8 years of architectural work experience
• Proficient in Revit, drafting, modeling, and Microsoft Office apps; experience in Adobe CC Suite and Bluebeam review is a plus.
• Experience working with higher education clients is a plus.
• United States Work Authorization required.
