Boutique Tax/Estate Planning/Corporate law firm based in Stamford, Connecticut seeks a Tax/Corporate Attorney with two to five years of legal experience in tax planning, dispute resolution, corporate transactions, entity formation, and business governance. Excellent document drafting skills are a must. Must be qualified and willing to assist with the Firm’s tax dispute resolution; tax planning; and estate and probate planning practices.

The ideal candidate will:

• have prior experience with tax planning, dispute resolution, and complex corporate structuring;
• be a self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills;
• have intellectual curiosity;
• have a thorough understanding of business transactions;
• have the ability to develop creative solutions to complex corporate, financial, and business problems; and
•  have the ability to communicate clearly with clients and build client confidence.

Submissions accepted from qualified candidates only. CPA only need not apply - this is not an accounting position. Legal experience is absolutely required. Strong legal drafting/writing ability is required. Part-time and remote employment accepted for the right candidate.

Admission to the Connecticut State Bar preferred (will support waive in candidate); Admission to the New York State Bar preferred. Writing sample required. Pay: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
