Advantex Professional Services is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Stanton, CA
We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a 3-6 month temporary position. Position will be working onsite and will be a 4/10 schedule. Will have every Friday off. Hours will be 7am to 6pm Monday - Thursday.
Pay $34-36 per hour.
Staff Accountant Duties:
- Position will be responsible for handling high volume payments and transactions
- Enter high volume of invoices and PO's (100 daily) into the system
- Handle the daily cash reconciliations and the cash receipts
- Assist with the monthly journal entries and reconciliations
- Handle accruals and capital assets
- Assist in preparing and distributing the revenue and expenditure reports
- Will assist with the bi-weekly payroll for 80 EE
Staff Accountant Requirements:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high accurate
