**Overview:** We are looking for a Hardware Associate to join our team. As a Hardware Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their hardware needs and providing exceptional service in a retail environment. **Responsibilities:** - Assist customers in finding the right hardware products based on their needs - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory - Process retail sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate pricing and transactions - Provide technical sales support to customers regarding hardware products - Meet sales targets by effectively promoting and selling hardware items **Experience:** - Prior experience in appliance sales or retail sales is preferred - Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers - Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving sales goals - Knowledge of technical aspects related to hardware products is a plus Note: This job description serves as a general outline of the position.
