Surprise Ford is Hiring an Express Service Advisor Near Surprise, AZ
- Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test and background check
- Current, Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred
- Service Advisor experience
- Schedule appointments and generate estimates
- Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance
- Assist all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints
- Keeping CSI at or above region monthly
- Maintaining value, quality, and integrity
- Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until the vehicle is turned back over to the customer
- Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele
