About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their high-growth business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the digitization and automation of financial planning and accounting processes, strategic reporting, and ensuring compliance with federal and state financial regulations. This role requires a proven CFO with experience in scaling a company within the FinTech space, leading all finance, accounting, and legal compliance functions, and being a strategic partner to the senior leadership team. A minimum of ten years of experience is necessary, with a preference for some time within an international or non-US headquartered company.As the CFO, you will oversee all accounting functions, tax and fiscal compliance, and lead financial and strategic planning to support the company's future growth platform. Corporate finance project management is also a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate will be based in Florida or willing to relocate, and must have a strong background in corporate finance within a dynamic business environment. The opportunity presents the incoming CFO with the chance to contribute to the growth of the company, supported by an industry-leading, international parent company.
