The LaSalle Network is Hiring a Collections Specialist Near The Colony, TX

LaSalle Network has partnered with a law firm located in The Colony, TX to bring on a Collections Specialist . This position will communicate directly with key personnel within the firm and clients and their organizations to identify issues and promote solution-based problem solving.

The Collections Specialist reports to the Manager, Client Service and communicates regularly with the firm’s management team.

Collections Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Manage the firm’s collection processes / account maintenance at a regional level
  • Provide excellent and thoughtful client service to hundreds of firm clients
  • Work closely with the firm’s billing attorneys and professional staff to bring resolution to the firm’s most sensitive and complicated collection issues
  • Be in direct contact with the firm’s clients, including their highest level of management
  • Act as a resource to other Client Services Managers
  • Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position

Collections Specialist Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3 years of collections background
  • Experience interacting with senior management personnel preferred
  • Business collection or law firm experience a plus
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with firm professionals while accomplishing the firm’s financial goals
  • Must demonstrate strong problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to unravel complicated accounts and issues
