s are properly coated and adhere to our high-quality standards while following all safety and company guidelines. *Job Duties:* * Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking. * Board and mask material. * Operate and maintain paint booths and related equipment. * Apply primers, basecoats, and topcoats using spray guns or other methods. * Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency. * Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. *Qualifications:* * Must be eligible to work in the United States. * Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial or automotive painting. * Must be able to wear a respirator for entire shift * Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required. * Must be able to stand for long periods. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Able to do basic computer tasks. *Benefits:* * Medical/Dental/Vision insurance on the first day of employment. * 401k match up to 5%. * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * Annual safety shoe and safety glasses reimbursement.
