Position Overview :
As aCustomer Service Representative you will be the primary point ofcontact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries resolveissues and provide exceptional service to ensure customersatisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skillsproblemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
Responsibilities :
Respondpromptly to customer inquiries via phone email and livechat
Assist customers with product information pricingand order processing
Resolve customer complaints andescalate issues as needed
Provide troubleshootingassistance for technical issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution ofcustomer issues
Identify and recommend processimprovements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements :
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
Strong problemsolvingabilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in afastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand customer service software
Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent work experience preferred
