Base salary ranges from $100,000/yr - $125,000/yr
Position comes with many bonus opportunities

EXCELLENT BONUS PROGRAM:
Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift.
Quarterly Bonus of up to 10% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.
Year-end Bonus up to $3,000

Our urgent care walk-in clinic is a fast-growing multi-million-dollar urgent care corporation looking for a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner. We have over 31 locations nationwide and staffing over 250 employees across 7 different states and have been recently featured on Inc. 5000 in 2021.
Family Nurse Practitioner/PA will have one assigned location for all scheduled shifts.

Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Examine patients and their medical records
Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
Prescribe medications
Maintain accurate records and schedules
Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention
Oversee patients’ overall health
Promote good health practices
Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
