Best Foot Forward supports health care organizations – primarily government insurance health plans – to locate, educate, and engage targeted individuals.
In our Outbound Call Center, representatives will learn to use skip tracing methods to update patient contact information and contact the patient to help them utilize their existing insurance coverage. While call center and skip tracing experience is preferred, a successful employee simply needs excellent customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and determination to meet goals.
Position Overview:
Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location : Onsite in Tucker, GA (100 crescent Centre parkway (Suite 400), Tucker, Georgia 30084)
Payrate: $16.00/hour Monthly Bonus Opportunities
( $1/hour for bilingual candidates that speak English and Spanish or Ukrainian)
Position Schedule: Full time. Your regular work schedule will be assigned after successfully completing training. All representatives are required to work one evening per week (typically 12 pm – 9 pm CST) and one Saturday per month (typically 8 am – 3 pm CST)
