Position is a PRN-as needed- Day Shift - Shift 7am-7:30pm working at Oro Valley Hospital in the Behavioral Health Unit. Summary: Provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric adults with psychiatric disorders. Ensures the safety and well-being of patients. Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements Education: Required: High School/GED or equivalent experience Preferred: Post High School vocational / specialized training Experience: Required: One (1) year experience in behavioral health or caring for the elderly. Skills: Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
