* High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
* Must be capable of developing job knowledge/skills.
* Proficient computer skills and MS Office.
Nice to Haves:
* Associate Degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
* Experience with using a facility and equipment CMMS (e.g. Faciliworks)
* OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and/or other related education or professional credentials a plus.
* HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical certifications a plus.
Job Description:
* Provide Preventative & Reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.
* Limited Preventative & Reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
* Routine Inspections of Fire Safety Systems.
* Routing Inspections of Facility and Grounds.
* Basic Carpentry and maintenance of facility physical structure.
* Coordinating with vendors on contracted work * Basic trouble shooting/repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, walls & floors.
* Utilizing ladders and lifts.
