Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our shop. We refurbish cargo dollies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Ensure efficient inventory management and stock levels
- Making sure the dollies are completed and inspected
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a welding or parts shop
- Strong management skills with the ability to drive results
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in organizational tasks and multitasking abilities
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals
- Tools are not provided by company
-Welding, inspections, changing out parts, tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
Experience level:
- 5 years

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
