6 Month Contract to Hire
$40-47/HR Conversion between $85-100K
Open to candidates with an Associates degree, especially if they have solid years of experience (7-10 in payroll, but I think we can get away with 5 years if the candidate is truly an expert in payroll and checks the other boxes). Really looking more for an HR Generalist with a heavy emphasis on payroll. Candidates should have experience with labor laws (State and Federal, benefits, employee engagement, etc) - great if they have experience with Paylocity but ok if not. Still need to be fluent in English & Spanish.
Need for candidates to be self-starters and not needing to to rely on their supervisors or managers to make decisions. Let's open search to include HR Managers or Supervisors - ideally candidates that come from a company size similar (200-300 employees), are able to run Payroll through it's entirety including audits and working with Accounting/Finance team if needed. Someone who comes from a company where they ran everything like a one-stop-shop HR department would be perfect!
