Job Summary

Excellent opportunity to join a successful well-established company looking to grow to the next level. The Data Administrator will contribute toward the development, implementation, administration and support of our business-critical data, including financial and customer information. This position will become familiar with data architecture and storage while protecting against potential data loss. Establishes and enforces business, operational and IT related procedures to maximize system utilization and ease of access for current users. Utilizes existing or upcoming technology to set process automation and improvements where they are possible.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement database, system and software in accordance with company information and needs.

• Identify, profile, and map relevant data sources. Perform field mapping, working with Vendors, Business Analysts, Business Users and SMEs as needed. Provide data management support and training to users.

• Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply necessary patches and versions when required.

• Ability to Document Business Requirements and Communicate with leadership on timelines and milestones.

• Support efforts to improve our Data Management, such as Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and related information management.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis

• 3-5 years of experience with SQL server 2000 or higher

• 3-5 years professional experience in IT related fields

• Experience in Black Diamond Wealth Platform is preferred

• Experience in software implementation is preferred
