Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. (MFA) is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and business development efforts. This entry-to-mid-level position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing projects and collaborate with a skilled multi-disciplinary team.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will...

• Craft captivating and persuasive proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQ), and interview materials while expertly managing proposal schedules and internal deadlines.
• Propel our public relations and branding endeavors forward by actively contributing to maintaining our website, engaging with social media, developing press releases, crafting award submissions, and creating engaging blog content.
• Play a vital role in shaping our marketing campaigns, including digital marketing campaigns, through assisting with development and implementation.
• Research and track project solicitations and leads.
• Assist with planning memorable special events like conference/tradeshow exhibits and client events.
• Collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing team to elevate standard materials and maintain and streamline our marketing processes and resources including our photo and project description libraries.
• Use and maintain our company ERP/CRM system (Deltek Vantagepoint).
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements to our processes and procedures.
• Take an inclusive approach to creating content both internally and externally.

To thrive in this role, you must have...

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• General knowledge of marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and an eye for design.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective and collaborative work style that meshes well with a variety of people.

Compensation Range: $63,000 to $74,000
