Summary
The Lead Advisor is responsible for developing new business, managing relationships, providing personalized investment advice, and servicing clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop new relationships and sales opportunities
Promote and cultivate firm reputation among referral sources and the community
Consult with clients on investment strategies based on individual financial and investment objectives; deliver advice and conduct client reviews
Identify sales and asset retention opportunities; including viable alternatives when traditional solutions may not apply
Participate in all critical management and service decisions, including vender evaluation, process design, and other tasks as requested

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities

Proven track record of professional success
Self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personality
Relationship-building skills and commitment to establishing long-term clients
Strong desire for performance driven compensation and growing earnings potential

Education and/or Experience

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the financial services industry allowing for a strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products, including but not limited to: equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
Previous experience in the independent financial services culture preferred
