Schedule: Core hours of 9am-3pm with 40 hours per week required. In-office days -Tues, Wed, Thurs
Position Responsibilities :

• Develop/Validate diagnostic service procedures
• Support field requests
• Maintain ownership of older documents on previously authored programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with up/downstream organization
• Visit other Michigan-based work sites for validation or other on-vehicle testing/observation will be required as needed
• Required to meet KPI expectations as provided to the rest of the team

Skill Requirements :

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes or other email communication tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills involving the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to partner with senior management to analyze and solve issues.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read engineering schematics and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair.
• Demonstrated electrical/electronic diagnosis and repair ability.
• Valid driver's license.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
