About the job Antitrust Associate - Litigation
Our practice includes complex litigation involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation and consumer product industries, with a robust portfolio of plaintiff-side and defense-side matters. We are seeking attorneys with 1-6 years of firm or government agency experience to assume significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations and as needed on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations. Experience in the tech and life sciences sector are preferred but not required. Superior academic credentials, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required. We also appreciate the value of non-antitrust government investigations and clerkship/judicial internship experience. The position can be based in New York or Washington DC. We operate a hybrid work schedule, with our team expected to be in the office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays), but you must be flexible to potentially come in more frequently when required Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $225,000 $390,000, based on year classification.
Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
