ASRC FEDERAL Broadleaf Division is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our contract located at the Pentagon. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Seeking an experienced Software Developer - Senior that works independently designing and engineering new software products or major enhancements to existing software. * May lead a team in design of highly complex software systems. Acts as highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. * Works independently designing and engineering new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. * Designs, codes, tests, debug, and document those programs. Conducts code reviews of subordinate developers and peers. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities. * Coordinates with Cybersecurity team members to implement and maintain a SSDLC with an understanding of the NIST SP 800-63 RMF and the DoD implementation of RMF. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be willing to work onsite five days a week at the Pentagon. * Requires at least 5 years of experience (within the past 7 years) in software design, development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis and resolution. * Required to be proficient, at a minimum, in the following: SP 2016 development, MS Visual Studio 2015 C#.NET, Fortify Suite, MS SQL Server 2016 Database Development, MS Visual Studio 2015 ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 4, MS TFS 2015, MS Office 2013, XML, JavaScript, and JQuery. * Required to have a working knowledge of, at a minimum, with MS SQL Server 2016 Administration, MS Project Professional 2013, MS Visio Professional 2013, Adobe Professional XI, MS Test Manager 2015, Adobe Design and Web Premium (CS6), XSLT, and XPATH. CERTIFICATIONS: * IAT Technical II, DoDD 8140.01/DoDI 8570.01-M certification required at time of onboarding EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: * A Bachelor's Degree CLEARANCE LEVEL: * Top Secret with SCI eligibility WORK ENVIRONMENT: * This role will be full-time on-site at the Pentagon
