GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this class and are not all- inclusive:
- Responsible for receiving calls, providing casino and/or food and beverage information, in addition to property information
- Must process phone calls promptly and courteously
- Always presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance
- Responds to all e-mail and text requests promptly and in appropriately
- Mails out information as requested
- Always demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Have patience when receiving phone calls
- Have ability to type and text with appropriate grammar and spelling
- Keep a flexible work schedule
- Communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests, and outside contacts
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Move around all work areas effectively and efficiently
- Work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Extended time seated
REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to the other duties described herein, every Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:
- Attend required training sessions offered by the casino
- Obtain required licenses
- Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco
- Knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member's department
- Adhere to Internal Control Procedures and Policies
- Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management
