Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Baseball Coach to join our team and lead our players in developing their skills and knowledge of the game. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baseball and coaching, with a focus on fostering a positive and supportive environment for players to grow.

Duties:
- Develop practice plans that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Instruct players on proper techniques for hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running
- Organize and lead team practices, drills, and scrimmages
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance
- Coordinate game strategies and provide in-game coaching support
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding team expectations, and goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baseball Coach or player at a competitive level
- Strong knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: Up to $2,500.00 per year
