Director of Community Resources

Seeking an engaging, well-tempered professional for a full-time salaried on-site regular position (40 hours).

General Description: The Director of Community Resources, reporting to the Executive Director, is responsible for the oversight of the Community Resources office (formerly the Social Services Department). The Director will ensure the delivery of initiatives and programming for our non-clinical, assistance resource office, and will cultivate relationships and liaise with external agencies and organizations to expand the resources we offer our clients. The Director will also develop new initiatives and long-term goals to support the strategic direction of the Center, closely working with the Director of Food Programs to ensure seamless visits for clients, and with the Director of Development to evaluate and report on programming. Additionally, the Director will process community financial assistance requests and complete monthly internal and external agency reports. The Director will serve as a liaison with community committees and workgroups to ensure clients have wrap-around services.

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

· Experience in Human Services/Community Resources or related field desired

· Spanish or other second language helpful

· Organized with strong attention to detail

· Willingness to collaborate and work cooperatively with others

· Proficiency in MS Office and Google platforms

· Access to reliable transportation to attend offsite meetings

· Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people

· Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance

· Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
