Concord Counseling Services, a behavioral health organization in Westerville Ohio, is looking for someone with strong receptionist and data entry skills to work 32 hours per week.
Requirements
The schedule for this position is Monday, Wednesday 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, Thursday 10:30 am – 7:00pm (off on Friday). This position serves as “the face of Concord” because it is the first contact new and existing clients have with the agency. This person provides mid-morning thru evening coverage of the front desk and involves contact with clients, co-workers and other stakeholders, in-person and over the phone. Other duties involve various administrative and data entry supports.
Job duties/requirements include, but are not limited to:
•Must have a High School Diploma or GED
•Candidates must be able to work independently as well as with others, have a pleasant personality, have the ability to operate multiple phone lines and be efficient at data entry. Regular attendance is essential to this position.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, organizational and computer skills are essential.
