Daley and Associates is Hiring a Property Staff Accountant - 24569 Near Woburn, MA
This is a temporary role (3 months) with an opportunity of becoming permanent and will pay up to $30.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
On-site 3 days per week.Responsibilities(for various properties):
- Reconcile Accounts Payable Accounts and Bank Accounts
- ACH/check/wire requests
- Process invoices for various properties
- General Ledger reconciliation
- Journal and adjusting entries
- Work with suppliers to resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
- Assist with month-end close
- Assist with financial reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree required, concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Up 1 year (including internships) of accounts payable/accounting experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
