POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Level 1 Staff PT is ensuring patients receive optimal treatment at True Sports to achieve their goals. This includes an effective evaluation and treatment of patients, completing comprehensive and timely documentation to justify the plan of care, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct thorough assessments of athletes’ injuries, medical history, and physical condition
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing further injury
Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to address musculoskeletal issues and promote optimal recovery
Work closely with athletes, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize the overall treatment plan
Provide education and guidance on injury prevention, exercise techniques, and self-management strategies
Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure progress and achievement of rehabilitation goals
Maintain timely, accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Organize and participate in community, schools, clubs, fitness facilities, etc., events
DAILY TASKS REQUIREMENTS:
Maintain a clean workspace and gym throughout the day
Clean and sanitize all equipment at the end of the day
Have open communication with coworkers, front office, and upper management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Master’s degree or equivalent; or 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Preferred Certifications:CSCS, PES, ATC, USAW, SCS, OCS, Cert DN

The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office and clinical environment.
