Jockey is hiring a **Retail Store Manager** in our Woodburn, ORlocation.

In this role, you will:

* Deliver an outstanding atmosphere and culture for both our customers and employees.

* Oversee daily retail store operations including: scheduling, budgeting, driving retail sales performance, and ensuring adherence to all operational and organizational standards.

* Implement marketing, sales, service, and financial strategy direction provided by corporate retail partners.

* Engage with senior leadership by bringing your expertise and ideas forward to your field leadership team to ensure we maximize store opportunities.

* Provide positive leadership, mentoring, and coaching to all employees to create a high performing team.

* Continually train and develop sales team on new products and sales strategies.

* Recruit, hire, and train new associates.

* Regularly review key performance metrics with staff to ensure the store is meeting financial goals.

**Qualifications:**

* High School degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.

* Great leadership skills.

* Retail store experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.

* Proven ability to drive a positive culture and motive a team to meet or exceed performance standards.

* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

* Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.

* Self-motivated, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to move a minimum of 25 pounds. Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, ascending/descending, reaching, and lifting to stock and merchandise store. Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.

* Must be willing to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
