**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting, account analysis, and tax preparation. **Duties:** - Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations - Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures - Perform account reconciliations and journal entries - Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting - Support month-end and year-end close processes - Contribute to the development of internal control policies **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, etc. - Strong understanding of accounting principles - Experience with financial report writing - Knowledge of 10-key typing and data entry **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Previous experience in public accounting - Familiarity with tax preparation - Ability to perform account analysis effectively - Experience as an accounting clerk This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
