Responsibilities :

• Expertly complete OASIS-C Assessments for Start of Cares/Admissions
• Travel in theWoodstock, GA area
• Wound Care, IV administration, medication administration, Patient/Family teaching, among other duties

Work Hours:

• 8:00AM-5:00PM; 8 Hour Day Shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Some On Call
• Some Weekends

Required Experience:

• At least one year of experience within the last year of Home Health

Qualifications:

• GeorgiaStateLicensure
• Basic Life Support Certification
• In depth knowledge of OASIS-C

Education:

• Degree in Nursing
