Position Title: Utilities Supervisor

Reports to: Utilities Manager

Location: Zeeland, MI

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in the Industrial Refrigeration field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in supervisory expierence; 5 years of prior experience in a mechanical/refrigeration-related field preferred, including an in-depth knowledge of ammonia refrigeration processes, equipment, and technologies. Thorough understanding of refrigeration theory and operations.
• Preferably have experience within the food processing and packaging industry. Possess working knowledge or the ability to achieve such of Utility systems such as Water, Steam, Pneumatics, Fire Protection, and HVAC.
• Computer Skills: Experience with CCMS systems. Microsoft Office Systems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and be results-oriented.
• Must reside in the US to be considered, this role does not offer Sponsorship

Travel Requirements: 0-5% travel to corporate headquarters, training, other facilities, and equipment vendors.
