Administrative Assistant and Marketing Assistant to the Owner
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have setting and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager, assisting with various tasks as needed
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as assigned
- Utilize computerized systems to update patient records and manage appointments
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a front desk or dental office setting is highly preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
