DAILY OPERATIONS
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load and unload the dishwashing machine.
- Wash specific items by name (e.g., wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china).
- Store clean pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor, walls, doors, and handles.
- Perform routine cleaning of cargo equipment (e.g., speed racks, carts, metro racks).
- Communicate regularly and clearly with the Utility Team Manager as needed.
- Breaks as well as meals are provided.
- Clean and upkeep the dumpster area and attached supply room.
- Duties are subject to change based on the overall needs of the unit.
- Positive attitude
- Requires lifting from 25-50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a hot, humid environment and be on your feet for 8-hour shifts (Meals and Breaks will be provide)
- Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules
- Availability to work during weekends and some evenings
