RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a FSCD QA Lead - SAP FSRI. This role can be hybrid 3 days a week onsite from: Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Colorado Springs, CO; Conshohocken, PA; Dallas, TX; Fargo, ND; Florham Park, NJ; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, IL; Lenexa, KS; Los Angeles, CA; Lubbock, TX; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; Topeka, KS.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and triage source-to-target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data
* Lead QA team of 3-6 members at onsite/offshore environment
* Construct and execute test cases for new enhancement and defect fixes
* Document test failures to assist the developers to investigate the failure
* Maintain and update regression test scripts with each new release
* Where necessary, coordinate testing with other application teams
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience on SAP applications including a mix of SAP FSCD, FSRI, Business Partner (SAP BP), Workflow and FiGL modules
* 2 years of experience in Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analyst (QA) activities of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
* BA and/or QA experience on application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support areas on Information Technology (IT) systems
* Experience in SAP TOSCA Automation Tool
* Experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
* Can create new test cases, analyze failures, and fix the test scripts independently
* Able to interact with different SAP teams and understand test case to be automated
* Possess knowledge in SAP BAPI/RFC and have experience within SAP integrations through various upstream applications; GuideWire (GW) system would be of particular interest, or any Policy/Claim Admin System
* Experience in reviewing/creating Test Plan, Test Scenarios, defining Test cases, reviewing, and maintaining Test scripts, logging and analyzing bugs/defects
* Experience with SAP releases using SAP ChaRM application and interaction with SAP BASIS teams for Production deployment activities
* Overall, candidate has good SAP knowledge
* Thorough knowledge of software test life cycle, test case life cycle, defect life cycle
* Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Prior work experience in leading an onsite-offshore working environment model
* Insurance/Reinsurance domain knowledge will be an added advantage
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
