The Role:

Botticelli Foods LLC is seeking a Logistics Specialist responsible for coordinating and managing logistical operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient movement and distribution of Botticelli Products as well as collaborating with internal teams, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Our customers are our top priority -Sustaining appropriate levels of customer contact to ensure exceptional service levels is essential.
• Schedules, coordinates and tracks all aspects of domestic shipments, including carrier selection, negotiation of rates, and route optimization.
• Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders.
• Responsible for resolving carrier service issues such as missed pickups, transit delays and claims while communicating with all applicable parties to keep them updated on the shipment status.
• Facilitates communication between 3PL warehouses, Vendors and Carriers to support a high level of logistical service.
• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics with consumer goods experience
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system(s)
• Ability to multitask, respond to rapid change, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Exhibit excellent communication, team, and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with both internal and external teams
• Maintain a keen focus on customer relationships
• Strong understanding of transportation management, inventory control, and warehousing principles.
